New Spire Arts Rules & Regulations

REGISTRATION: All programs require a completed registration form, health forms, and payment. Spaces cannot be held without payment. Online registration may be available after the first meeting of the program, if space is available. Those interested in registering for a program after the first meeting may do so in person or over the phone at the discretion of New Spire Arts.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY: 
  • Your full payment will be refunded if a program is cancelled due to low enrollment. 
  • If you wish to change to an alternate program within a session in the first 2 weeks, this can be done free of charge.
  • Ongoing program refund: If you contact at least one week before a program begins, we can offer you a credit towards a future program.  
  • Medical Circumstances: If student is unable to complete the program due to medical reasons, please call our office for a credit to a future program.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Program days/times may need to be adjusted based on enrollment. If program enrollment is less than 5 students, we may move them to a comparable program and otherwise terminate the program. In the event that 3 students or fewer report to program, program length may be shortened by 15 minutes.
SUBSTITUTIONS New Spire Arts reserves the right to make faculty or programming substitutions. 
ATTENDANCE/MAKE-UP New Spire Arts does not guarantee that programs cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather, power outage) will be made up; no refunds will be issued. We cannot offer make-up program days due to a student’s inability to attend. 
CODE OF CONDUCT  In order to provide students with a safe and supportive environment, New Spire Arts has a “Zero Tolerance” policy in regards to physical or verbal abuse, theft, vandalism and the use of any illegal substances. No weapons of any kind may be brought into the building. New Spire Arts is committed to providing quality programming for all who wish to participate and does not discriminate of the basis of color, race, religion, ethnic or national group, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability. Any behaviors found in violation of this policy will be addressed and the student may be asked to leave the program. New Spire Arts reserves the right to suspend or remove any individual from program in the event of behavioral problems, with an understanding that if the individual is removed, no refunds will be issued. If a student must carry a cell phone, it must be turned off, or in silent mode, for the duration of the program. If this is not adhered to, staff reserves the right to confiscate the phone until the end of the program day and returned to the parent/guardian.
ACCESSIBILITY AND INCLUSION New Spire Arts is deeply committed to serving studentren of all abilities and to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students. We encourage parents to contact New Spire Arts prior to enrollment (preferably at least two weeks before the start of programs) to discuss reasonable accommodations and support strategies to ensure a successful experience. Once accommodations are enacted, students must adhere to the code of conduct. 
LIABILITY I understand that performing arts programs may include, with out limitation, dancing, movement, body work, stretching, physical activity, dance routines and other related activities. I further understand that all of the activities of the program involve some degree of risk of strain or bodily injury and therefore hold harmless New Spire Arts and its’ employees/instructors. New Spire Arts is not responsible for personal material, injuries, or liabilities. New Spire Arts recommends items of value be left at home (toys, games, mp3 players etc.). New Spire Arts is not responsible for any loss of property. 
RELEASE AGREEMENT By registering your student you agree to the following: Although every effort is made to provide a safe environment, I recognize there is always a risk of accident. By submitting a registration, I agree to be responsible for any medical bills incurred resulting from illness or injury during my student’s participation at New Spire Arts. Students are expected to carry their own accident and medical insurance. I release New Spire Arts and all affiliates from any and all liability and/or claims or damages arising out of personal injury of any kind. If necessary, I authorize New Spire Arts to administer first aid and/or authorize medical treatment for my student. 
PHOTO RELEASE By registering for this program, I grant permission to New Spire Arts, its agents, and its employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to produce photographs and video taken of my student, myself, and members of my family while at New Spire Arts for any lawful purpose including publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, trade, or historical archive in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release New Spire Arts and its legal representatives from liability for any violation or claims relating to said images or video. Furthermore, I grant permission to use the statements of my student, myself, or my family members given during an interview or evaluation with or without my name for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction to time limit or geographic area. I waive my right, my student’s rights, and my family’s rights to any and all compensation stemming from the use of these materials.
DEFINITIONS “Program” means any class, camp, workshop, or other educational opportunity offered by New Spire Arts. “Student” means anyone enrolled in a program, whether as an adult or minor.
