This workshop will focus on drills and technique, expanding upon techniques learned in Lindsey’s Belly Dance Basics class, and is open to dancers of all levels. It will focus on technique only and no choreography. Belly Dance is a judgement-free zone where self-criticism is not allowed and all bodies are welcome! However, you are not required to show your belly or perform the class dance if you do not want to. If you do not wish to bear your belly, please wear tight fitting clothing so that you can easily see your movements. You can dance barefoot, with ballet slippers, dance paws or any other appropriate footwear. Socks are not permitted. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one for cool down at the end of class.
